Movetech UK has appointed an internal sales co-ordinator to provide additional support and service to customers and to assist the sales manager on catalogue and standard product sales. Polish-born Kamil Winogrodzki, whose family has lived in Bolton for the past five years, will be responsible for helping customers choose the correct model from Movetech UK’s extensive product range and ensure they receive the best possible pricing and delivery package.
He will also update and maintain Movetech UK’s wide database to enhance customer experience of the company and to identify their needs. This customer feedback will, in turn, lead to new product development and provide valuable insight into customer behaviour and expectations for the marketing department.
This addition to the team follows a restructuring of the sales function that includes David Houghton moving from his role as Technical Director to that of Technical Sales Director, where he will concentrate on non-standard product and bespoke design sales as well as advising on Movetech UK’s servicing, installation, breakdown and other on site services.
