Movetech UK have made a charitable donation to Bolton Young Persons Housing Scheme, a local charity in Bolton who provide opportunities for young people who are homeless – helping them to be safe, stable and develop their skills for independence.
As a local family-run business, Movetech UK are very passionate when it comes to supporting neighbouring groups and charities. Making a donation will help hugely towards the scheme and the support they offer the young people of Bolton. It will additionally allow both Movetech UK and Bolton Young Persons Housing Scheme to work and build upon a relationship which in turn will hopefully result in future ventures and opportunities together.
Maura Jackson, Chief Executive Officer at Bolton Young Persons Housing Scheme was delighted with Movetech UK’s generous choice to donate and support the scheme, commenting “When any support like this comes along, we will always grasp it with both hands, and everyone at Bolton Young Persons Housing Scheme are extremely thankful. We can’t thank Movetech UK enough for their generous donation and the support they have offered us.
Maura then went on to say: “At Bolton Young Persons Housing Scheme, we aim to prevent homelessness among 16 to 25 years olds by providing supported housing and tailored packages of support which include emotional and practical help with all areas of independent living.”
“Broadening our relationships with various local individuals, businesses and agencies across all sectors is key to our development and by doing so it ultimately results in the amount of support we can offer to the young people of Bolton.
“The relationships we have and the generous donations we receive are extremely vital to the good governance and service delivery of the organisation, so many people will benefit from the generous support Movetech UK and all our other partnerships offer to us, and for that we are truly grateful.”
Tim Entwistle, Movetech UK’s Managing Director added: “Supporting local groups like Bolton Young Persons Housing Scheme helps us, a local family-run business, to build relationships and strong ties with our neighbouring community.”
“It’s not only a good feeling knowing you’re making a difference and supporting the future of local young people, but knowing you’re investing in something many people will benefit from. We [Movetech UK] will continue to help and support the scheme and wish everyone at Bolton Young Persons Housing Scheme every luck for the future.”
